The data that you enter will only be used to register for this event and for marketing other events hosted by Bradfield College. If you do not wish to receive communications on our future events then you must opt out by checking the appropriate box during registration.

You must present a printed (or electronic) ticket upon request at the Event Welcome Desk in order to be granted access.

The Greek Theatre is accessed by many steps and therefore may not be appropriate for those who find steps challenging, see ASSISTED ACCESS information here.

The Greek Theatre is an open air venue and therefore subject to the vagaries of the British weather.

The Health and Safety of our performers and audiences is our primary concern and therefore in poor weather we may be required to stop and re-start the show and even end it early. Please click here for our full wet weather policy which forms part of our terms and conditions.

Car parking will only be permitted in the designated festival car parks.

Unauthorised photography, video, audio recording and transmission of any festival event, the performers and the performances is strictly prohibited.

By purchasing a ticket you will be deemed to have consented to being photographed, filmed and recorded.

Your image may be used by the promoters in any materials relating to the event and any future promotions. You will not be entitled to any payment for this.

As event organisers we will make every effort to provide the latest information on all acts and timings as well as practical arrangements on the Bradfield Festival website. As event goers you should ensure that you check this site to be informed of the latest information prior to attending the event.

As event organisers we reserve the right to alter and/or amend the advertised guest/support artistes/performers, event schedules, performance timings (advertised or otherwise) and advertised programme content, without prior notice and without liability.

In the event that a headline act cancels with at least 24 hours’ prior notice, every effort will be made to provide an alternative act of a similar status and genre and you will be notified of any such change.

If you are unhappy with the replacement act(s), you can apply to the promoter for a refund of your ticket price minus any booking fee which you may have paid, though this must be done in advance by emailing info@bradfieldfestival.org.uk.

If a headline act cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to a performance, a full refund will be made less any booking fee which may have been paid.

Festival patrons are expected to behave in an appropriate manner so as not to interfere with the enjoyment of fellow festival goers and should at all times comply with any instructions given by festival staff. The festival organisers have the right to refuse access or remove any patron who does not comply with the above.
